Applications |
Labelled Methacrylonitrile. This study reports the toxicity and metabolism of Methacrylonitrile (MeAN) in normal male Sprague-Dawley rats and those pre-treated with caffeine, alcohol or both. These results suggest that caffeine inhibited and alcohol enhanced toxicity and metabolism of MeAN.
